    1. 01This automatically generated document is an approximate planning estimate only. It is not Omalco Extrusion Pvt. Ltd.'s actual selling price, a binding offer or an acceptance of any order. Any purchase order requires Omalco's written acceptance after review of the drawing, alloy, temper, tolerances, feasibility, capacity and delivery requirements. No supply obligation arises from this document alone.
    2. 02The calculation uses NALCO's domestic CH10 152 mm billet circular only as a material-price reference and an illustrative INR 45 per kg extrusion conversion charge. The actual extrusion charge varies with profile complexity, specification and order requirements. Only Omalco's written rate confirmation establishes the final applicable extrusion charge; this estimate does not establish Omalco's procurement cost or final selling price.
    3. 03Each profile has its own whole-foot cut length from 12 to 20 ft, converted at 0.3048 m per ft. For a piece-based line, weight is theoretical from its kg/m, length and whole-piece count. For a kg-based line, the entered kg is the requested weight and any piece equivalent is approximate. Selected lengths, final chargeable weights, pieces, dimensional acceptance, scrap/yield treatment and tolerances require written order confirmation.
    4. 04An illustrative standard packaging charge of INR 2.50 per kg is included in the taxable subtotal. GST at 18% is added separately to the estimated subtotal. Transportation, insurance, anodizing, other finishing, machining, tooling and other services are excluded. Any different packaging specification or additional service charges require Omalco's written confirmation.
    5. 05The standard minimum order quantity is 300 kg for each distinct profile code, assessed separately rather than against combined order weight. Each profile below 300 kg may be considered subject to Omalco's written acceptance and a separate INR 5,000 charge, as itemised in this estimate. A profile at or above 300 kg has no such charge.
    6. 06Proposed payment terms are 30% advance with the purchase order and the remaining 70% before dispatch, calculated on the estimated total including 18% GST. Separately agreed charges and any applicable tax on them are additional. Production and dispatch dates are subject to written confirmation and receipt of cleared payments.
    7. 07Aluminium prices are variable and may change in the future; accordingly, the prices shown in this estimate may change. This calculation is provided for planning reference for 48 hours from issue, without a price lock or guarantee. Omalco will confirm any actual price, quantity and validity period only in its written quotation or order acceptance.
    8. 08Some commercial terms may be negotiated on request. Any departure is effective only if agreed in writing by an authorised Omalco representative. Nothing in this estimate excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
