Designed Around Your Application
A guided custom-extrusion workflow covering design review, alloy and temper selection, die development, sampling, finishing, and repeat supply.

Concept illustration. Final geometry, tolerances, alloy, and finish are confirmed during technical review.
Selection guide
Use these categories to frame an enquiry. Availability and production suitability depend on section geometry and order requirements. Compare the 5xxx, 6xxx and 7xxx alloy families.
Engineering priorities
Profile family breakdown
Custom extrusion is appropriate when a standard profile cannot combine the required interfaces, appearance, assembly steps, or performance. The strongest starting brief includes a cross-section, end use, critical dimensions, alloy, finish, secondary operations, and demand estimate.
GROUP 01
93 listed sections
Handles, shutter frames, trims, plinths, display frames, signage supports, and visible interior components.
Profiles for modular kitchens — cabinet handles (G-profiles), shutter edge pulls, worktop trims, plinth profiles, and glass shutter frames.
Profiles for retail display, exhibition stands, poster frames, menu boards, signage holders, and showroom display shelving.
Profiles for outdoor/indoor advertising — light box frames, flex board mounting, LED sign channels, and hoarding frames.

GROUP 02
40 listed sections
Application-specific members for poultry equipment, irrigation support, greenhouse framing, and controlled environments.
Specialized profiles for poultry farm equipment — ventilation systems, feed trough supports, cage framework, and climate control panels.
Profiles for agricultural irrigation — drip irrigation pipe clamps, sprinkler mounting rails, and greenhouse framework.
Profiles for air filtration — HVAC filter holding frames, clean room panels, and air handling unit filter tracks.

GROUP 04
43 listed sections
T-shaped, curved, trim, and miscellaneous sections that demonstrate how geometry can be developed around a specific assembly.
T-shaped profiles for joint connectors, partition dividers, panel intersection covers, and modular framing T-connections.
Dome and curved-section profiles for arch mouldings, curved capping elements, skylight frame components, and dome supports.
General-purpose and custom profiles for various specialized applications across industries.
Selection notes
Before selecting a section
Provide a dimensioned drawing, CAD file, physical sample, or mating-component information.
Mark functional dimensions, visible surfaces, fits, datums, and acceptable variation.
Describe cutting, machining, bending, joining, finishing, packaging, and final assembly.
Share trial quantity, expected batch size, annual demand, target timeline, and delivery location.

Drawing-led RFQ
Send the cross-section, application, quantity, finish and critical requirements for a manufacturability review. Unknown alloy or temper is acceptable.
Drawing-led development
Custom aluminium profiles should solve a functional requirement. The review starts with geometry, interfaces, material, finish, quantity, and inspection context.
For a bespoke aluminium extrusion, custom aluminium section, or OEM aluminium extrusion component, send the CAD drawing or PDF with critical dimensions clearly identified. Unknown alloy, temper, and tolerance fields can remain open for engineering review.
The route can include extrusion feasibility, die development, trial sampling, dimensional review, finish coordination, secondary-operation review, and approval. The quotation confirms the exact supply scope.
